Three Ace Technology and Circle Hash LLC Announce Strategic Joint Venture to Launch Circle Hash Africa

In a groundbreaking move to drive the expansion of blockchain infrastructure across the continent, Three Ace Technology has officially entered into a strategic joint venture with Circle Hash LLC, the parent company of OneMiners, a globally recognized name in crypto mining and hosting services. The new entity, Circle Hash Africa, will serve as the operational arm for both companies in Nigeria and the broader African market.

This announcement follows the OneMiners leadership team’s successful tour of Nigeria, where they assessed the potential for large-scale crypto-mining operations. During their visit, they were hosted by Three Ace Technology. Their strong local presence, energy infrastructure expertise, and ongoing partnerships with regional governments made them the ideal partner for this venture.

Under the joint venture, Three Ace Technology will oversee local operations, including infrastructure development, regulatory engagements, and energy supply solutions. Circle Hash will provide international mining expertise and advanced technology.
